Sir:
The owner has prommissed that they have informed the tenant of their rights to enter the space to make repairs and that they must allow it. They will have a man with a key from their office at the space. The work can be performed either afer 7pm durring the week, After 5 on Sat. or After 9am on Sunday.
Please help me to remember to get with you to schedule this work. The sale of the property has been hung up on this.
